This was the 2nd time we listed our property with Michelle. The market in S Tahoe is not consistent and makes it challenging for any realtor. However, Michelle hung in there and we made some price modifications that seemed to attract several buyers. She was always accommodating to all our requests and kept us informed on all activities during the listing process.
