Despite our relaxed pace, we visited many homes that day-including the home I decided to buy.
Michelle’s hard work intensified once I decided on the house. She coordinated with contractors, electricians, the gas company, and a railing company to correct some problems and ensure that the house was prefect. Michelle worked even more long hours, meeting with the town and lawyers to resolve some issues that arose prior to closing.
When we completed the closing and it was finally time to celebrate, Michelle really went the extra mile-she arrived at the house before me, lit the fireplaces, and laid out wonderful welcome gifts that immediately made me feel at home.
After this experience, I felt strongly compelled to let you know what an amazing real estate agent you have in Michelle. the professionalism and care she showed is a fine reflection of your company and what you stand for. Conversely, the first agent I encountered (the one that refused to see me) perfectly illustrates how an unprofessional agent can impact business-I will never do business with him, or his company, ever again.
