If it were not for the professionalism and expertise of our real estate agent Michelle Keck, we would not have found the home of our dreams. Michelle was extremely organized and provided excellent information as she showed us various homes in the Tahoe area. She listened to our requirements for a home and found the perfect fit. From the onset, she exhibited superhuman skills in her work ethic, ability to encourage others involved in the escrow process to meet deadlines, and in her integrity and professionalism. She coordinated everything associated with the purchase of our home and worked well with the loan agent, seller’s agent, home inspector, termite inspector, etc. She was an effective communicator and always kept us “in the loop.” She always looked out for our interests and was never “pushy.” Michelle answered all our questions and went beyond her job definition by measuring things in the home, furnishing the names of Internet, cable, gas and other providers, and even offered to drive loan papers seven hours to a boat dock if needed to close this escrow! She was proactive and diplomatic in resolving problems that arose with the sellers and loan officer in a non-confrontational and encouraging manner.
