Stateline Nevada Lake Tahoe

The Stateline Nevada neighborhood essentially begins at the casino’s and goes all of the way to the top of Kingsbury Grade (approx 3.5 miles), and back down to the townhome complex of Lake Village, the new developments at Tahoe Beach Club and Sierra Colina. One can access Heavenly Ski Resort from the top of Kingsbury Grade, or also from the Heavenly Village gondola just over the State line on the California side. 

There is a plethora of entertainment in this area. Harvey’s Casino Summer Outdoor Concert Series during the summer brings famous musicians from all musical genres. Access to Heavenly Ski Resort from both the Nevada and California side, Edgewood Golf course, fine dining, public beaches, and shopping are all convenient to access.  In addition there is access to recreation trails ideal for hiking, biking and cross country skiing.  There’s something for everyone in the Stateline Nevada neighborhood.  Plus, if you have a home in this area you will have the added benefits of Nevada tax advantages.  There is no State tax in business friendly Nevada and property taxes tend to be far lower than neighboring California.
