Tahoe Meadows

Tahoe Meadows is a unique and very special neighborhood originally established in 1924 and is listed on the National Register of Historical places. All 100 acres are fenced and gated; accessible by residents and their guest only. This neighborhood is located in the heart of town, but a world away. The neighborhood runs along US Hwy 50 between Ski Run Blvd. and Park Ave, on the lake side of the Highway, and is only about 1 mile away from Stateline. Bordered by Lake Tahoe, there are several lakefront homes on a beautiful sandy beach. The Tahoe Meadows Homeowners Association has full time security, and an on-site manager. For those with non-lakefront homes the community also has a lakefront beach space with ping pong tables, beach volleyball and a small clubhouse for all to enjoy. They also host movie nights at the outdoor theater in the summer. This is truly a unique and highly desirable neighborhood due to the rarity of homes for sale in the area, as well as its history and private location. The Homeowners’ Association manages the lands held in common, including all roads, significant open spaces kept in a natural state, and areas used for shared recreation. There is no public access through Tahoe Meadows from Highway 50 to the waterfront.
