Corcoran Global Living values the health and safety of our agents, staff, clients and colleagues. We continue to monitor the spread of the coronavirus and follow guidance issued by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), as well as other state and local health officials. We are not taking this situation lightly, and we are taking extra precautions to mitigate the impacts of this issue.
Preparation & Response
Steps we are taking:
We have voluntarily closed our offices to the public and are encouraging our staff and agents to work from home.
If you are self-quarantined, we will make arrangements to deliver needed items to you.
We are supporting our agents by offering help in setting up virtual tours and digital walkthroughs.
We are screening everyone who wants to buy, sell or view a home.
Avoid additional risk:
If you are feeling ill, or want to avoid any outside visitors or contact, please connect with your agent so that arrangements can be made to accommodate your preferences.
If you have flu-like symptoms including a fever, cough, shortness of breath or sore throat, it’s best to consult your physician and avoid contact with the public.
Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if no soap is available.
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth.
Avoid close contact with anyone who is sick.
Clean and disinfect frequently-touched objects and surfaces.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or cough or sneeze into your sleeve.
Tips for sellers:
Have soap or hand sanitizer readily available
Keep a 6 foot distance from all others, practice social distancing
Avoid contact with others, such as handshakes
If you host an in-person showing, clean heavy traffic/high-touch areas after
