- Average Days on Market declined 19.3% year over year. The average days on market is 71 in 2021, down from 88 in 2020.
- Median sales price rose 22.1% year over year. The median sales price is $686,000 in 2021, up from $560,000 in 2020.
- Average Sales price rose 25.4% uear over year. The average sales price is $853,000 in 2021, up from $678,000 in 2020.

South Lake Tahoe continues to see a strong sellers market with inventory remaining low and buyer demand very high.
