31 homes were sold with an average days on market of 59. That is a decrease in homes sold from last month at 45, with an average days on market of 55.
The market has definitely changed from the buying demand over the last several years to higher inventory levels and calming prices. Acquiring real estate has always been a hedge against inflation, especially in an area like Tahoe that has provided consistent long-term equity growth. While rising interest rates are offsetting some of the price improvements we’re seeing today, they’re still historically low.
